Terms of Service

1) Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Luvmapper (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2) The Service

Luvmapper helps you create a digital “map” based on content you provide. You understand that outputs are generated by automated systems and may contain errors or unexpected results.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4) User Content and Permissions

4.1 Your Content

“User Content” includes photos you upload, text you enter, and anything else you submit through the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
• your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark)
• you have permission from any person appearing in your photos to upload and use those images through the Service

4.2 License You Grant to Us

You grant Luvmapper a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service, including generating your map, improving product performance, preventing abuse, and enforcing these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of your photos.

4.3 Outputs

“Outputs” are the generated maps/illustrations. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any payment obligations, you may use Outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes (download, print, share).

You may not:

• resell Outputs
• use Outputs in advertising or commercial products
• claim Outputs as trademarks/logos
• use Outputs to violate others' rights

5) Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree you will not upload, generate, share, or use the Service to create or distribute content that is:

• illegal, harmful, or exploitative
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent
• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance)
• non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or invasion of privacy
• instructions for wrongdoing, scams, fraud, or impersonation
• malware, scraping tools, automated abuse, or attempts to overload the Service

You also agree you will not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover underlying prompts, models, logic, or system design
• bypass paywalls, watermarks, rate limits, or access controls
• use bots or automated scripts to create maps at scale
• access the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

6) Enforcement and Reporting

We may (but are not required to) monitor usage to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We can remove content, refuse service, suspend accounts, or report to authorities if we believe there is illegal activity or serious harm risk.

7) Pricing, Payments, and Delivery

7.1 Free Preview

Map previews may be available at no charge and may include limitations such as watermarks and/or lower resolution.

7.2 One-Time Purchase

You may purchase a one-time “Full Map Package” for $50.00 per map (plus any applicable taxes). This unlocks the full package described at checkout (for example: watermark removal, included versions, and downloads).

7.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details.

7.4 Digital Delivery

After purchase, your downloadable map files will be made available through the Service.

8) Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing luvmapper@gmail.com.

Because this is a digital product, refunds are provided at our discretion, except where required by law. We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests.

9) Intellectual Property and Confidentiality of the Service

The Service (including the site design, branding, templates, workflows, and underlying systems) is owned by Luvmapper and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy or reproduce our product, prompts, workflows, or UI for a competing service
• attempt to extract or derive our “secret sauce,” system prompts, or generation pipeline
• publish or distribute internal prompts or methods obtained through misuse

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• that Outputs will meet your expectations
• that Outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Luvmapper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Luvmapper for the map that is the subject of the claim (maximum $50).

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luvmapper from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• your User Content
• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party rights

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
